Cosmetic Fee Plan, a Capital One service, is another cosmetic finance service who Dr. Luria has chosen for his patients. As with CareCredit, the online process for Cosmetic Fee Plan is fairly straightforward. You apply on-line and have an instantaneous answer as to the loan amount you have been approved.
